What's included after the lights go up?

Every Jingle Bros installation includes in-season repairs, January takedown, and off-season storage of your lights at no additional cost.

Anyone can hang lights in November. The reason people stay with us is what happens in the eleven weeks after that.

What happens if something goes out mid-season?

Call or text and we come fix it — burned-out bulbs, strands loosened by wind, storm damage. Repairs are included through the season.

Kansas City winters are hard on outdoor anything. Ice, wind off the plains, a warm week followed by a hard freeze. We plan for it, and when something still goes wrong, it's our problem, not yours.

When do you take the lights down?

Takedown happens in January, on a schedule we set with you.

We remove every strand, clip and fastener, label your set, and take it with us. Nothing is left on the roof and nothing gets left in your garage.

Where are the lights stored?

Your lights are stored at our facility, labeled and organized by household, at no extra charge.

Because they're custom-cut to your home, the same set goes back up the following season in the same design — which makes year two and beyond faster and easier than year one.

Good things to know

No. We begin installing in October, but we don't start actively turning light systems on until November. Getting installed early just means your display is ready and waiting — it doesn't mean it's running before Thanksgiving.
You do. You purchase the lights, we custom-cut them to fit your home's exact rooflines, and they're yours from that point on. Because they're cut to your house, they fit perfectly every year after.
We store them for you at no additional cost — labeled, organized and off your property. Nothing goes back into your garage or basement. Next season we pull your set and reinstall the same design.
We aim for the end of January, pending weather. Takedown is already paid for in your initial fee, so there's no second invoice and nothing to schedule separately.
We serve the greater Kansas City metro, with most of our work in Leawood, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Mission Hills, Brookside and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask.
